About me

Ana Radu

Clinical psychologist, Cluj-Napoca

I work with adults, children and families. Most people come with one question: what is going on, and what can be done about it. My work is to help you answer it.

I am a psychologist with a clinical and research background. I have worked in a psychiatric hospital in Sibiu, assessing patients and collecting clinical data, and I teach seminars at the West University of Timișoara, where I am also completing my PhD in Psychology. I see clients in Romanian and English.

How I work

What you can expect

1

A clear question first

We start by agreeing what you want to understand or change. Everything after that is built around it.

2

Methods with evidence behind them

I use standardised assessment tools and cognitive-behavioural methods, adapted to age.

3

You know what comes next

After each stage you get a short summary: what we found, what we do next, and how long it is likely to take.
