A booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. At the first session you receive and sign the informed consent form required by the Code of Ethics.

Free up to 24 hours before the session. Later than that, half of the session price is charged.

At the end of each session, by card, cash or bank transfer. You receive a receipt for every payment.

MISSING: whether the prices include VAT, or why VAT is not charged (Law 365/2002, Art. 5(1)(h)). Add before the site goes live.

Use a private room and a stable connection. Sessions are never recorded, by either side.

Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before, as described above.

TO CONFIRM WITH A LAWYER: whether the 14-day withdrawal right under OUG 34/2014 applies to services booked online here (health-care services are excluded from its scope), and adjust this section.

Write to me first and I will reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL): anpc.ro/ce-este-sal, reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The former EU online dispute platform (SOL/ODR) closed on 20 July 2025.
